1966 Land Rover 88 Series IIA for sale, Low mileage under 5000 on complete rebuild, 9:1 compression, 2 ½ liter cam, balanced and degreed. Ferry overdrive, rebuilt transmission and transfer case. The only thing left to do is install the headliner, which a new one is included. 4-new 16 inch wheels still in boxes included. This is a very excellent running Land Rover. Bill Goggin who was responsible for the rebuild of this Landy was very detailed in his work. 1974-1/2 MGBGT – Needs to be assemble
This car was being converted to an automatic, the automatic, shifter, torque converter, brake pedal everything needed to convert. The car has a power steering rack installed and a differential & housing to accommodate the automatic. The car has a $10,000.00 complete color change paint job. The engine needs to be rebuilt. Bill was making the car into an automatic, power steering, higher differential gears, air conditioner, and supercharged. The air conditioner and supercharger were never purchased, however there are still lots of new parts with over $18,000.00 invested. Bill was very meticulous; in his assembly he even re-plated all the original bolts. We would love to find a good home with someone capable of putting it back together.
